        The R&D center has realized the advanced means of Computer-aided design (CAD) and Computer-aided manufacturing (CAM), which has greatly shortened the R&D cycle of new products. Technicians can skillfully use Huazhu CAE, Magma and other advanced software to carry out process design, 3D modeling, Analog verification, prepare process documents, verify the production of mold tooling and guide production.

        The company has three SLS powder sintering laser Rapid prototyping machines (rapid prototyping process: 3D CAD model → SLT file → forming system → parts), which can complete the development of new products in one week, greatly shortening the development cycle. It is very suitable for developing high-precision and high-quality new products with customers, and quickly realizing the single piece development and small batch production of complex products.
