3. Familiar with low-alloy and high-alloy material heat treatment process;
4. Familiar with the actual production operation of heat treatment site, can train and guide the specific operation of workers (Furnace loading method for medium and large pieces, quenching and tempering and other heat treatment processes);
5. Familiar with heat treatment equipment
